Review Reader Data

This notice explains the functions provided by velvetrainscandi.live. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Reading the website

The website is a static editorial publication. Its supplied page code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration or remote form submission. Images, styles and scripts are requested from this website rather than embedded third-party services.

Delivering a website necessarily involves technical request data, such as an IP address, requested address, time and browser information. Hosting and network providers may process this information to deliver content, protect systems and diagnose errors. This page does not claim a specific hosting log configuration or retention period.

The on-device contact composer

Information entered in the composer is used in your browser to assemble a plain-text draft. The page does not send those fields to us and does not store them in cookies or local storage. The draft remains in the page while it is open; browser autofill, session restoration and device behaviour are controlled by your browser.

The Copy text button writes the draft to your clipboard if you permit it. Download text creates a file on your device. Your operating system, browser or other applications may retain clipboard content and downloaded files. Clear or delete these through your device’s controls if needed.

If you email us

Sending an email is a separate action through your chosen email provider. We then receive the information you include, such as your address, signature, message and attachments, together with ordinary email metadata. It is used to respond to enquiries, consider corrections and maintain relevant editorial correspondence.

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to voluntary enquiries and protecting the publication may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the rights and safeguards required by that law. Consent will be sought separately where it is required. Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, legal obligations or the resolution of a dispute; there is no promised universal retention period.

Sharing and publication

Hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate their services. We do not sell personal information through the functions described here. A station suggestion is not permission to publish your name, email address or private message. Please avoid including other people’s personal information unnecessarily.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. You may also have a right to complain to a competent data protection authority. Email the editorial address with enough context to identify the relevant correspondence; additional verification may be needed, but do not send identity documents unless specifically and appropriately requested.

External links and changes

Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. This notice covers the site functions described above, not those external services. Material changes to these practices should be reflected here. For browser storage information, read Cookies.
